Usha was referred by a friend who's used her a many times over the years. I found her to be very courteous and approachable, yet still professional. I was able to understand what she told me each time, which is a great asset. Also, she was extremely knowledgeable of the housing market and the local and surrounding areas. I would rate Usha very highly. I had a great experience with Usha, with a fabulous end result in the successful sale of my property at a great sale price. Usha's communication and professionalism was exactly what you would want in the person engaged to sell your property. Usha had great knowledge of where my property sat in the current real estare market. Her guidance and advise during the sale process was flawless. Having listed my property with 2 previous agencies during my sale campaign, and having had very unpleasant experiences with both of the 2 previous agencies, my absolute recommendation is, if you want to sell your property, Usha Chandra, is most definitely the real estate agent to use to obtain a fabulous result combined with a great experience of achieving that result.
