Nothing was too much trouble
Mel was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of buying our first home. She made sure we were informed of every step along the way and we never felt like any question was a silly one. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Mel was always happy to help in any way she could.

A profitable result in a slow market
As with trying to hire any agent, your values and strategies may be different to theirs at times, but overall I found Lincoln to a good blend of professional and down to earth depending on whom he was engaging with. His firm was one of the few that offered free marketing, and I didn’t feel like I was forgotten about or forced to lower the price of my property soon after being signed.

Melissa has an extensive knowledge and also up-to-date Marketing skills with regards to Property Sales. I was using another Real Estate agent in the area, with no results after a very extensive period. Melissa had made contact with me and asked if she could sell my house. I feel if I didn't change agents, my house would still be on the market unsold. I can't thank Melissa enough for what she has done for me by helping me sell my house. Melissa was patient enough to accomodate throughout the process of buying the property.
Melissa was always punctual, a step ahead with paper work and the like - excellent work ethics. She treated us very kindly and patiently explained anything we didn't comprehend. Her knowledge of the property and the surroudings was sincere and accurate. Even throughout the whole process, Melissa was alway keeping in touch making sure all was well with us. Till this day we still keep in touch - speaks volume of type of person Melissa is.
