Great rental property manager & sales agent

Michelle currently manages rental properties for me; and has acted as a sales agent for me. I have found Michelle to be both reliable and dependable; she has never let me down. Great Agent

Nick is a great agent. He is very knowledgeable and keeps the communication going throughout the whole sale. He kept us up to date on everything. He is very patient. He is quick to respond to questions and find answers. We were always able to get in contact with Nick. He got us a great sale on our investment property. Professional & supportive

I am happy I used Nick Goodsell's professional services to sell my property - Nick kept me informed at all stages of the negotiations - he did not pressure me at any time to drop my price just to get a sale - when the other party raised contentious issues Nick sent emails to the other party supporting my position & the Contract price - no complaints - I would use Nick again when selling or buying any property.
