I can’t fault Adrian, he was so great through the whole buying process. We recently purchased an apartment at Chermside via Graczyk Thompson….Matt and Adrian were absolutely fantastic to work with during the purchase and negotiation of sale price. There was never any pressure from Matt and Adrian. In fact it was the opposite and they were only to accommodating with any questions that we may have had in relation to the purchase of the apartment. They were extremely responsive to any questions that we may have had and went the extra mile with information that we requested…. Post settlement, they have been just as proactive, assisting us sorting out little issues with the apartment and the builder as these apartments were brand new and had a few little teething issues.
