Would highly recommend this agency.
Matt and Adrian were both very approachable and always believed we could achieve the price we wanted for our house, even though similar houses in the area were selling for less. They only gave us positive feedback and are both very professional and courteous. We would have no hesitation in using this agency again.

Reliable, welcoming & helpful
Matt was very professional but still maintained a genuine interest in helping us access the apartment & area when deciding on purchasing the property. He was very prepared and had all the answers to every question. During the process of moving into the property, Matt was very helpful in making the process smoother - always being a phone call away for any issues or inquiries. I would definitely recommend Matt Thompson as an agent.

Probably the best agent we have dealt with
We recently purchased our first home after looking at about a dozen places and meeting the same number of real estate agents. I would say I disliked half of them for being pushy and appearing dishonest, four of them weren't too bad, and two of them seemed like really nice people. Matt would be one of those two. Matt initially showed some of my family though the apartment as I was not available. I think Matt might have shown them though twice actually. I was available about two weeks later and Matt took the time to show me through by myself. And then again about a week later with my wife. During all these visits, we had a lot of questions, most of which Matt was able to answer and when he didn't know, he found out for us and got back to us really quickly. Matt also put us in touch with the property developer who also helped us with a few questions. Being first home buyers we were not experienced in property sales, however Matt's advice helped us though the process. Through Matt, we did a fair bit of negotiating in relation to the property price, but with Matt as the middle man, we eventually agreed upon a price and settled. After purchase, Matt stayed in touch until we were all settled in and I've called on him a couple more times with questions. Over all I would highly recommend Matt to any buyer or seller.

Goes the extra mile for you
Dealing with Matt has been so simple. Everything from the initial inspection through the contract phase to moving into our new unit has gone so smoothly and nothing has been to much trouble for Matt. He even loaned us a cordless drill for us to put our flatpack furniture together. Highly recommend Matt to future buyers whether here at Curwen on the Park or any other development. 10/10. First impressions count. From the first meeting with Adrian and his partner Matt this company gave us the enthusiasm to chase a price other agents felt was unrealistic in the current market. We were impressed with their professionalism, tenacity and attention to detail in their marketing which greatly assisted the sale.
