Emily and her team are highly professional, and very knowledgeable of the Pakenham area. Her friendly nature and clear communication from the start made selling the property seamless, no fuss and had a quick sale. Great experience. We highly recommend Grainger Real Estate.

Sadly the high expectations I had were not met during this process. Weekly property reports often not sent even after chasing. At times no feedback on open house attendance. I felt neglected, not a priority, and had to instigate discussion every time on how to improve buyer views over the four month selling period. Overall poor communication.

I had the pleasure of working with Emily Grainger during a challenging time in the market, having listed our property during the height of Covid and just as interest rate hikes commenced. We received an offer in the first two weeks but unfortunately, it fell through due to the buyer's finances. Despite being on the market for some time, Emily remained professional and kept in regular contact, providing insightful updates and reports. She was open to suggestions and gave recommendations to adjust the campaign to suit the changing market conditions. Emily gave us confidence that we would eventually sell, we trusted her expertise and local knowledge. She was committed from start to finish. Our vendor-client relationship was built on mutual respect, transparency and honesty -a key ingredient for success! Each engagement is unique and it is important to set realistic expectations and be willing to shift or compromise to achieve the best outcome. Thank you Emily, it has been a pleasure working with you. Wishing you continued success in your career and I have no doubt that future clients will benefit from your professionalism, expertise and dedication. Cheers.
