Emily and Torri, were a delight to work with. At our initial appraisal we new Emily was the right fit to sell our home. We wanted someone who wouldn't take the 'one size fits all' approach for the sale of our home. And Emily was it! She immediately came up with suggestions of the way to approach selling our water front home. Emily worked tirelessly to secure the sale. We highly recommend Emily and plan on listing with her again down the track.

From the moment we contacted Emily, she was very professional towards us and had the best knowledge of our suburb. She was honest in what price she could get us, and she got us a great price. She always returned our phone calls promptly and keep us to date on a weekly basis on what was happening with the sale our property. I would highly recommend her if you want the best real estate agent to deal with.

What a breath of fresh air it was to meet a real estate agent such as Emily. She was a joy to deal with, great at communicating and listened to our needs. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she was available pretty much any time we needed her. We felt so comfortable dealing with Emily that we entrusted her to sell our own family home also which she did with great success. If we ever plan to move again, Emily will be the only agent I trust to sell my most valuable asset.

Grainger Real Estate helped us find our new dream home. My husband and I had been renting for years and decided it was time to buy our own home. Even though Grainger Real Estate was working for the seller, they hustled and helped guide us to getting this home, and we felt like they were our agent. They got both the seller and us a great deal. We found them honest, reliable, knowledgeable and friendly. The whole process was so smooth and if we ever sell our house in the future I’d would resell with Grainger Real Estate.

Emily goes above and beyond - even when it's not really for her to do so! Her goal is for customer service excellence - and in this she exceeds. In addition and maybe more importantly, she is a tenacious negotiator, always securing the best possible rate, and keeping her client in the fore front of negotiations. As a return customer to Emily, I couldn't be happier. Thank you Emily :)
