Belinda commenced her real estate career upon joining Grandland in 2017 after previously working in Retail then Debt Recovery. She began with Grandland by assisting the team in all administration tasks including all facets of Asset Management and Client Relationship Management to ensure our clients remain "Clients for Life" Belinda's promotion to Asset Management is based on her excellent understanding of the needs of both Tenants and Landlords. Belinda continues to combine her passion and determination with our core values of Integrity, Knowledge and Reliability as this makes her your greatest asset ensuring your investment portfolio continues to thrive.

About Pat

Pat is result focussed, reliable and always ready to help to get the job done. He assists us in all facets of real estate and continues to build an all round knowledge of both property management and sales. He also administers our Client Relationship Management System ensuring our clients remain as "Clients for life". Pat commenced his real estate career in 2018 and has mainly worked in property management where he has a great understanding of the needs of both Tenants and Landlords. He is keen to continue to learn and study all facets of the industry and is currently completing his Real Estate Licence. Pat continues to prove to be a great addition to the Grandland team and fits in with our core values of Integrity, Knowledge and Reliability and this makes for an exciting future for Pat and all our clients he will continue to serve.

Excellent Customer Service

Belinda and the team are excellent. They are proactive agents always looking to create the best experience for the owner and the tenant. They prioritise maintaining the property to its highest standard to attract the best applicants and tenants for the owner. They are extremely communicative and always willing to assist. Exceptional Service!

Belinda from Grandland Real Estate was great. The process of leasing our property out was super easy and straight forward with paperwork and understanding the fees. Belinda is great when it comes to communication, and lets her knowledge shine in every query we had. She ensures the tenants are the perfect fit - by completing thorough checks before approving the application. We did reach out to other real estates but felt there were so many fees everywhere we turned. We found Grandland to be straight forward and reasonable.

The best in the game!
