Great agency, communicative and professional
My experience with Grandland has been extremely positive. The main person I am in contact with is Belinda. She understands my needs as first time property owner and will proactively suggest improvements on my property based on her experience in the area. Their services are extremely professional and will handle my property affairs with my interests in mind. She is extremely patient with all involved stakeholders and makes my life so much easier. I'm glad that I went with Grandland after my search for the perfect property manager!

Grandland- A great agency to work with
Belinda and the team at Grandland did such a great job with leasing out our rental property. Belinda was very good at choosing tenants, she was extremely thorough and made sure she kept us up to date on everything that was happening. Even when the original tenants circumstances changed and had to break the lease early, she charged the appropriate break lease fees and within a week had new tenants ready to move in so we didn’t have to worry about any loss of rent. Belinda and the team are a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to lease out their property.

Great communication & service
Belinda and the Grandland team have successfully leased our house and granny flat. Belinda is a great communicator and is very responsive to any request or questions. She has assisted by dealing with builders and trades in rectifying minor defects under warranty. The Grandland application process for choosing tenants is very thorough and patient. This has so far resulted in great tenants occupying our property with rent paid on time and up to date. We have no hesitation in recommending Belinda and the Grandland team. They are the local experts and great people.

Very good service and support from a family business.
Information about changes to Govt Policy were disseminated quickly and highlighted how the changes would impact on me as landlord. All of the issues identified, were quickly attended to by Belinda through local trades people.

Great Agency
Belinda helped us lease out our property . She is amazing, facilitating final tradies and deliveries. She Leased the property in 2 weeks - a fantastic result in this COVID time.
