John Pierobon - Not your typical show off agent I reached out to John Pierobon from Grandland Real Estate after sitting down with other agents leading up to listing my property for sale. The reason why I chose John was because when he showed up to my house to give me an appraisal when he arrived he arrived in a normal every day car (unlike these other agents that show up in their flashy cars), he didn't come to my house expecting me to sign a contract on the spot and he gave me his honest feedback about where he sees value to my home, these other agents were so pushy to get the listing but John came into my home being himself and wasn't pushy at all. After a couple of weeks of decision making I decided to list my property with John, my property went on the market on the 22nd March and by the 10th April we were exchanging contracts, I got higher than what I was asking for and a 3 week settlement. The sales process with John was so easy from start to finish, he kept me informed with every inspection and feedback, he attended my property after hours for clients that weren't able to make it to standard inspections, he was available to take all my calls and answer any question I had, he went above and beyond for me, I felt that I wasn't just another number to him. I highly recommend John Pierobon and the Grandland Real Estate team, they are exceptional agents that adhere to their motto: Integrity, Knowledge, Reliability.
