Exceptional Service!
John was so helpful with our purchase. He met us after hours for a property inspection and hand delivered the contracts to the vendor that night ensuring a fast and smooth transaction. John followed up with us every step of the way. We were so happy with teh service John provided, that we have engaged his agency as property managers for the home.

Excelent Sevice

Not your typical Realestate Agent
I recently sold my property with John Pierobon of Grandland RE. Selling your home can be a very stressful thing to do but John was so helpful through the whole process. There was no “sales pitch” with being offered over inflated pricing, just straight talk. Which i really appreciated. I was kept informed, updated regularly and if i needed to speak with John he always got back to me quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend John Pierobon of Grandland.
