Best agent in Melbourne
Conan is a professional real estate agent who is warm and friendly. His knowledge of the market where he sells is second to none. I bought and sold through Conan and my experience both times was great. I highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Conan for his hands on approach in selling.
Conan has been very professional and the key difference is he gets his hands dirty by doing the actual selling, and not leaving it to the junior staff. He went the extra mile to help set up the house as well and give very professional advice that are 100% spot on. He has contact of various buyers as well, and his strategy is second to none. Thanks!

Excellent customer service, which goes far beyond what is expected to get a result for his clients.
Knows market values very well, and works hard to get you a price at the upper ending of his estimated value. When the market was hot in 2017, he was able to achieve prices above what was expected, due to his great negotiation skills. He's highly recommend, it's also an advantage that he speaks Chinese, as the Chinese market is very dominate in his area and helps with getting the best price for his clients.

Best real estate service ever!
We engaged Conan from Grandstand Real Estate o manage the rental of our investment property. The Grandstand team was very efficient, just as they took over the rental management from the the previous agent, they immediately inspected the property and identified many areas at our property which required immediate attention. For example, weeds were growing high in the gutters, trees blocking access to the side door...etc. We were shocked that the previous agent did not inform us about any problem at all. We managed to sort out all the problems with Conan’s help and the tenants were happy. Soon after, we engaged Conan again to sell the property. It was such a smooth process. The property was sold within a short few weeks for the price we wanted. Conan is very efficient, committed and hardworking. We would also want to emphasise that, this is our 3rd time dealing with Conan on the sale / purchase of property. Each transaction was smooth and he never disappoint us at all. Very hardworking
I have tried selling several of my properties through many other agent who gave me hope on something which could never happen, wasted my time while waiting for false promises.
