Excellent Sales & After Sales Service
Lisa took over the sale of our property after another salesperson left part way though our sales process and managed to get us a good price for our home during the Covid nightmare. She spent many hours showing buyers through our home and secured us a second buyer quickly, after the first sale fell through. She helped to take much of the stress out of the situation and we found her to be professional and friendly & was prerpared to go the extra mile & we would recommend her to any prospective vendor.

Experienced and Welcoming
Darren was very welcoming and let us doing some wandering about so as to get a good feel of the home. He was knowledgeable and a good conversationalist. Whilst he was keen to put forward the position of his vendors, he was also able to represent my views as the buyer which made the whole process streamlined and straightforward.

Thank you for all you have tried to do for us
We were disappointed as you gave us high expectations, but you did not have sufficient numbers of viewers let alone bidders. To add to this we feel you and us were let down by your company as we were that near to a sale but let it slide. However you did keep us informed of every open and viewing only to tell us to sad news.

Absolutely Wonderful
My experience with Darren is one of those which you don't expect to get and when you get it, you are short on words to express. Darren - you are probably one in thousands real estate agents who work for both the parties - your customer (the vendor) and your client (the buyer). Mate, in the last 2 months I met at least 20 different agents and inspected at least 50 different properties - with each interaction, I came out disappointed & uncomfortable. Then I met You & I firmly believe that this was an interaction pre-set by the God Almighty. I was a bit apprehensive in my first meeting with you - but with each passing interaction (be it on the phone, on messages, on emails) not only you kept surpassing standards of customer service, you were also very compassionate & understanding. As a first home buyer, I didn't feel anxious while dealing with you, on the contrary, you were always there to support & guide me which comforted me a lot. I cannot Thank You enough Darren. Lisa is best real estate agent we had in all our purchase
We recently bought a property and Lisa was agent who we communicated and collaborated with during this entire purchase cycle. She has been energetic, helpful and accommodative with timelines especially even during weekends. She managed things really well in this COVID situation between tenants and us as owner.
