Darren Put in the extra effort To make the sale of our house happen and at the price we were aiming for. The sale was almost not going to happen after a valuation of our house came up below our expectations and the buyers could have easily walked away but Darren went the extra mile to get comparable results in the area so a realistic valuation of our property was represented to where we believed the current market was at. He was also able to keep myself and the buyer from losing interest and moving on. We are happy with the sale price and I’m sure the buyers also feel they got a great deal.
