Five star service
We would like to thank Gavin for the fantastic work he has done to sell our property. His approach was exceptional and right on the mark. At our first meeting he layed out his strategy as well what can be expected of the sale. This was very proffesional and the end result was above our our expectation. Excellent Communication
Gavin inspired confidence that he'd get the job done for us, right from the outset. His knowledge & honesty were immediately apparent. Our dealings with Gavin were short lived, as he managed to sell our home within 5 days of listing it, at a price above what we were aiming for. His communication skills were what I appreciated the most, I was given constant updates throughout the process & couldn't be more pleased with the service he delivered.

I would highly recommend Andrea to anyone looking for a top salesperson. She was very professional; her communication and negotiating skills were excellent and although there were some challenges to overcome, they didn't daunt her and she dealt with them very honestly. To sell the "not best property in the street is truly a real credit to her salesmanship! We were absolutely delighted with the property being sold within a week of it being on the market.

Great service
We did plenty of homework and spoke to several agents before settling on Andrea. Right from the start Andrea gained our trust and is very genuine in her endeavours. Her communication was brilliant, always touching base with updates as they happened, and often after her work day had finished. As first time sellers we asked her many and varied questions - often on a drip feed - and she never flinched or made us feel unwelcome. We took her advice from years of experience, and sold our house in 5 days, for more than we expected. Her personal touch made it feel like you she is on the ride with you, and fully invested in gaining a great outcome for your sale. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Agent!
I work in real estate so know what its like dealing with sales agents, Andrea however was fantastic, she always answered her phone, got back to me when she said she would, did what she said she would. She made purchasing my property easy and I felt confident in buying from her. Would defiantly recommend her, I intend to sell in a few years and she will be who I will go to no doubt.
