Her credibility and work rate was always first rate and she was always available to talk to about any matter regarding the sale of the house. Being a local agent she was aware of the local market and what other houses were bringing. She had people coming through the house each weekend and the eventual sale was able to get the buyer up to a price that was acceptable to us.

Andrea facilitated the negotiation between vendor and purchaser which saw us able to rent back our 'old' house from the new owner which was ideal as we were in the process of building our new home. My husband Chris, and I contacted Andrea after an Internet search, when we were deciding to sell our property. We had had the property under management of another agent for about 10 years, but Andreas results in sales in our area were too good to bypass. The house was advertised on a Thursday, on the Internet, Andrea had an open for inspection on the Saturday and received an offer to purchase, we refused the offer as it was so early in the process of selling. Andrea then met with the prospective purchaser, the day after the offer and to our great surprise and delight, an offer to purchase at exactly the price we were after was made! Consequently we SOLD the property. Three days from advertising to sold was beyond our wildest expectations and if we had more properties we were wanting to sell, we would not hesitate to put them in the hands of Andrea again.
