I hired Nellie to sell my investment property in Armidale, and I’m so glad I chose her. This was a completely new experience for me, so I had plenty of questions along the way. Nellie was patient, informative, and always happy to explain every step of the process in a way that made sense. We faced a few unexpected obstacles, including trades providing incorrect information to potential buyers, but Nellie handled everything with professionalism and calm confidence. She didn’t let anything get in the way of achieving the best result and kept me updated the entire time. I genuinely felt supported throughout the whole journey, and I couldn’t have asked for a better selling agent. Highly recommend Nellie to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and proactive agent.

From the jump, Nellie displayed more energy, more panache and more experience than any other agent we'd spoken to. She gave us accurate, timely advice and was in constant communication with us through the sale of our first home. Even as she clocked up miles and miles covering her area, Nellie was always available to answer any small question, smooth any wrinkle or to offer a smile and congratulations as the sale progressed. Nellie helped us sell our home in an astonishing 7 weeks. We were expecting it to be on the market for months, if not years, but this legendary country agent knew exactly how to sell our home quickly, and for the right price. We couldn't be happier, nor could be recommend Nellie more strongly. She has our gratitude forever.

If you want your property sold, then you need Nellie. Nellie kept me updated, was professional, and had a marketing strategy that worked. I hoped Nellie might sell one of my three properties, but she sold them all in three months. Thanks, Nellie.

Nellie sold this property when no one else could get the job done.. At the start she gave me a plan and within 10 weeks found a buyer and the property was settled. Her communication and professionalism was top notch. Thanks Nellie.

Nellie was vey good to deal with and had a very good knowledge of the local housing market. We achieved a sale price very close to her valuation. We had previously listed the property with three agents and none of them were able to sell the property. I would strongly recommend Nellie and Raine and Horne Stuart

Nellie was prompt and on time gave me a thorough rundown on what we would do to sell my house for the best price, and did exactly what she said she would do. She achieved me a great price before the Auction date. She is very easy to deal with and honest and hard working. I would not hesitate to recommend Nellie for your sale of purchase.
