Nellie has helped both my parents buy a house near Glen Inness, as well as my wife and I in the Glen Innes township. What I like about Nellie is her pragmatic and straightforward advice when finding the right home. She's also a local! So Nellie knows the market and where the best places to live are. So far, we are extremely happy with our purchase, I feel like we've stumbled upon a hidden gem in Glen Innes and we are so excited to move in! I would highly recommend Nellie if you're looking for a house in the Glen Innes / Armidale region.

Nellie is an experienced professional who knows the market very well. She and her team make good use of technology in marketing and worked very hard for us. I was a bit unsure of going with an auction, but we did and our house sold prior to auction. We were very pleased with the result! Nellie is so friendly and kept us updated throughout the campaign. Overall, a really wonderful person to work with! :)

Nellie was of great assistance in navigating us through this process. Because of the long distance we were unable to do a second inspection, thanks to Nellie for keeping us in touch wilts the seller and being very patient.

I liked the way Neilli tried to address all my concerns about the property. She makes it possible meeting what each of buyer and vendor wants. She also quickly reply regardless of what time it is.

Nellie is the most honest proactive real estate agent I've ever had the pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend Raine & Horne to anyone who wants good old fashioned salesmanship who still believe in honouring they're word. With much gratitude.
