We were fortunate in the first instance to make contact with Raine and Horne, able to publicise the sale in major circulations across the country; we were equally blessed to meet up with Nellie Hayes! When it came to successfully marketing our much loved home, it would be hard to find a more sympathetic, understanding and capable person. Thankyou Nellie!!

Nelly amd Ang were awsome 3 days on the market and the offers came flooding in. With a price point to sell we got a better result then could have been expected. Not a problem at all with settlement. Can't thank the girls enough and would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell.

Putting our family home up for sale was a daunting prospect, but the passion and professionalism of Nellie and her team made it a positive experience. Nellie matched the right purchaser with the right property, which is an elusive artform. As a vendor, we couldn't be happier that someone is going to love our home as much as we did. The whole process was stress free. I would highly recommend Nellie and Raine & Horne Glen Innes.

Having known Nellie in her previous business where her attention to detail, good taste and fantastic customer service were her trademark, we felt she would carry these skills into her next career as a real estate agent. And we have not been disappointed. From our first meeting with her, we were confident that she would do the best she could for us in selling our property. She knew the market, she knew the local real estate environment and she knew the best people to work with her in presenting our property well. We have been delighted with the outcome and recommend her very highly to anyone wanting the best outcome for their property - they will not be disappointed either!
