David was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was available via phone despite the medical issues he was facing at the time of our purchase. David also went out of his way to negotiate with Vendor to get us early access into the property which made a world of difference as the vendor and vendor's solicitor were absolute nightmares to deal with. It was great to have a neutral party who was able to see right from wrong and was able to act as the mediator. David drove a hard bargain with zero room to move on the price of the property however i would imagine this was driven by the vendor rather than the agent. Absolute pleasure to deal with and certainly hope we can continue this relationship in the future.

I met David Mahony in 2014 when he sold an apartment in our building. I went to the open house to check out the prices of apartments in the area. At that point we were not looking to sell, so I was impressed that David was understanding of our situation and did not try to do a 'hard sell'. Over a year later we bought a new apartment off the the plan and even though we weren't ready to sell for about 20 months, I called David to ask for an idea of possible prices for our apartment so that we could start looking at our financial situation. I was surprised that David not only remembered me, but referred to notes that he had taken when we first met. He offerred to have a look at our apartment and mentioned that he had a buyer who was interested in our sized apartment in our street. I explained that it was too early for us to sell but welcomed his visit to give us an evaluation of what we might expect to get in the current market. After looking at our apartment, David asked if he could show it to the buyer anyway as he felt it was exactly what they wanted. I reiterated that we had over 20 months till our new apartment would be finished and we didn't want to move yet. Given that, we agreed to the buyer inspecting the apartment. Three days later, David called with some amazing news. Not only had he negotiated our price, which was above market value, he had negotiated an extended settlement with the buyer, for the 20 month period until our new apartment would be built. I was absolutely thrilled with the unexpected offer and could not believe that David had gone 'above and beyond' to arrange a sale that met all our requirements. We are very grateful to David for such incredible service and for helping us to achieve such a great outcome.
