Excellent Result
I was tempted by Purple Bricks at first but I am very pleased that I had David on my side. He secured a good deal and was able to work with some odd conditions imposed by the buyer. A great result in the end.

Long Term Association through rental management and sale
David commenced management of my property as a rental in 2005. For the next thirteen years, the property was vacant for only 3 months was managed without any significant issues arising. I engaged David to sell the property when the last tenant finally moved out in November 2017. David kept me fully informed of the interest in the property and the results of each "home open". The property sold quickly in a slowing market at a price close to that which I expected. David maintained a thorough management of the sale until settlement ensuring all documentation was completed and accurate. I also benefitted from David's recommendations for a solicitor and conveyancer as well as his assistance in clearing the property of the chattels and ensuring it was clean and unencumbered at Settlement. A very professional service by a competent agent.
