Emma is absolutely amazing! She is professional, always responding extremely quickly, and has gone out of her way to help us on multiple occasions, even outside of regular hours. When we had issues with our inspection, she was extremely understanding, kind, and reasonable, making a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. Emma has also gone above and beyond to support my partner and I in changing rentals, and we truly appreciate everything she has done for us. Thanks to Emma we are extremely happy in our new home, and stress free! It can be very stressful having a bad agent, so we’re very grateful to have Emma! Despite being so busy, she consistently exceeds expectations and does so with such a friendly and approachable attitude. I have three rental properties in Sydney and Newcastle under different managers and my property manager, Jody Delaforce, at Green Street Property is the best by far. The monthly statements are accurate and timely and Jody and her team have sourced excellent tenants with minimal or no vacancy period between leases. The property inspections are also detailed and with comprehensive photographs. Jody and her team allow me to relax knowing that my property asset is in good hands.
