The team has been friendly, helpful, and they’ve been quick to assist with maintenance requests and any issues at the property. I appreciate how responsive they’ve been when things need attention. They have also been quite flexible with assisting with my initial enquiries especially when often in person inspection were quite difficult for me due to work commitments and distance. Overall, I’ve found the experience with them to be positive, easy to deal with and quite support.

Jayden from Green St property oversaw the end of lease on our Islington property and helped us find a new tenant in a seamless transition. He communicated with us in a timely manner. He found new tenants within a very short period of time. He noted in detail the things that we could do to regarding repair and maintenance to make the property ready for new tenants. He listed in detail the things that he thought could wait or would need attention further into the new lease. He promptly addressed getting things fixed and has been great at communicating though the whole process. It is great to have someone who we feel that we can trust and rely on looking after both our tenants’ and our interests. I highly recommend Jayden as a property manager.
