I recently relocated interstate with my partner, and securing a home while living in a different state was quite challenging. However, the process was made significantly easier thanks to the support and professionalism of Rachel and Brett. After finding a property that suited our needs, I initially communicated with Brett and was then guided by Rachel, who managed the application. As I was unable to attend in person, a friend inspected the property on my behalf, while I completed all documentation remotely. Rachel ensured the entire process ran smoothly via phone and online communication, maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism throughout. The digital features available in their management is very similar to what I have experienced previously, and I am so happy to have that facilitated again. Prior to this experience, I had been quite disappointed with several other agencies on the Gold Coast and was close to reconsidering my move - some agents are even disrespectful, laughing at you when you mention you have 2 dogs. Having previously worked with excellent real estate agents in Sydney, my expectations were high, and before contacting Greenwood PA, they had not been met. Rachel is a diamond in the rough of property managers on the Gold Coast. I currently had a nightmare agent I was dealing with and I got in touch with Rachel after posting an ad for a new property manager. I knew Rachel was the manager I needed the second I met her. She set things straight and exposed my previous agents lies and she took over the listing for us. She had to deal with abuse from the prior agent and tenants but she remained professional and stoic, getting things done with our best interest always at heart. She is personable, knows her stuff back to front and possesses a great work ethic, and her passion for the job is very evident. We were considering selling because the whole tenant agent experience prior to her was awful but with Rachel on board, I have zero worries renting our property, and the stress level has gone completely knowing she’s at the helm for us.
