They caused willful damage to the property and when the bond clean was completed, I noted that they required 4 cans of Moreton before they could even enter the property to clean it due to the excess of flies and rubbish. I was impressed by their diligence and conscientiousness when chasing up the reluctant parties, namely the tenants during the eviction process and the claims officer.
