We recently purchased a property listed with Greg Trembath. All queries, questions and requests for viewings were dealt with promptly and professionally by Greg and his staff. When it came to negotiation, Greg was approachable and diplomatic and we were able to arrive at a comfortable purchase price for both us and the vendors with a couple of extras thrown in. Between our offer being accepted and exchange of contracts, which took considerably longer than we would have hoped, Greg liaised with both us and the vendors, and I at least, felt reassured that the deal was not going to fall apart because of this.This meant a lot when there was so much other stress and uncertainty.
