Highly recommended agent
Warren and I chose Greg upon a friends reccommdation and because of his local knowledge and experience. We were not disappointed. Greg and Kim have been a pleasure to work with. We were kept updated at all times during the process and Greg was very accommodating with inspections and open house dates and times. We are very pleased with the price each achieved. Greg's advice, appraisal and knowledge of the current market situation from Day 1 of our sale was extremely accurate. He listened to our expectations and requests and a positive sales plan was developed with an outcome of a very quick and stress free sale. Communication was excellent as was his friendly and positive interaction between ourselves and the purchaser. His support team was friendly and very efficient.

My lovely villa at Innes Lake.
Greg and Kim Trembath assisted me to sell my lovely villa so quickly! The villa photos hit the Internet on a Thursday, Open House Saturday, first offer on Monday with full price and buyer on the Tuesday! SOLD!
