Top Agent !!
My first dealings with Greg was the purchase of my Mother's when she moved from Sydney. During this transaction we found Greg and his staff to be excellent, so naturally he was top of the list when it came to selling our property. Even though the estate that we were selling in was dominated by another agent we trusted Greg with the sale of property and were not disappointed. Our property sold much sooner than expected and much quicker than blocks that are still on the market and have been for sometime with other agents.

Stress-free experience!
We had our property on the market with two previous agents for six months and did not manage to attract any genuine offers. The time on the market created a very challenging environment for Greg, as people tend to think that "there must be something wrong" with a property that has been on the market for so long and failed to sell. We found Greg's approach very refreshing. He was constantly - and actively - looking at new and creative ways to attract buyer interest and this paid immediate dividends. We had the pleasure of working with Greg and Kim whilst selling the home of a close relative who had recently passed away.
