We found the team approach by the agency good. All staff we dealt with provided timely professional advice. They were not overbearing and having the vendors circumstances as paramount did not treat the purchasers as second rate in negotiations. We think the right advice was given to all parties. In business and management affairs we believe in no friends..no favourites, we were treated professionally and not like some long lost mate like some other agents did.
