This was our third real estate encounter with Greg and the team - once as buyers, twice as sellers. One of Greg's most noteworthy qualities is that he listens. Other agents appeared to come to convince us, Greg came to work with us. He certainly brought market and real estate expertise, but we were made to feel like a genuine part of the process - our views on price, marketing. He understood that we had also done a lot of research and searching and had some worthwhile opinions to contribute. In (genuine) consultation with us, Greg sets a price and then makes it his commitment to get that price - not just to get a sale. In each selling experience we saw that through negotiation, he was able to bring low starting offers up to within a whisker of our preferred price, and indeed he was the one who told us not to accept some quite reasonable offers because he knew he could do better. He was OUR agent, working for US and with US.
