Our recent sale with Greg's and his teams assistance demonstrated that a strong sale price can be achieved, Greg sold our property by only holding one open house. Greg's fixed price fee save us $25,000 and demonstrates in today's market as vendors there are viable options rather than remaining with agents who work on a % commission. There were 4 elements that attributed to our success: Firstly Greg's advised us on elements of the property which required touching up before putting the property on the market proved invaluable. Secondly Greg demonstrated an ability to have produced our outstanding print, photo and video marketing at a comparable cost to other agents. Although I feel Greg's industry contacts were able to create a marketing package which that stood out of the pack. Thirdly, as a Vendor living in WA and selling in Port Macquarie Greg and his team were invaluable to coordinate trades and inspections through the process. In final Greg and his teams ability to communicate effectively via phone and email helped us remain confidant we remained in sync every step of the process. For the second time we have used Greg and his team to sell our properties, I endorse his services and without reservation would enlist their help to maximize the sale price of property while paying less than a 1/3 of the commission costs of traditional agents.
