I was happily surprised seeing she sent receipts for all the transactions I've made making the process very transparent. I also really appreciate the apps she's used for signing the lease and filling out the condition report which made it much better than doing everything the old way with paper and pen and printing everything out. The condition report website was a little slow after many pictures were added but like I said before, still way better. While it's still early in my tenancy, I appreciate the help that Steph has provided and I feel confident that they will be able to assist me with anything in the future.
