The process of scheduling the inspection through the delivery of the keys ran easy and smooth. Stephanie is very kind and responsive, and this made a lot of difference when looking for a place. My only observation (and the reason for not giving all stars) is that the previous tenants did not leave all the apartment reasonable cleaned and I end up finding not nice/pleasant surprises within few weeks after move in. I believe that a thorough outgoing inspection - specially in areas not usually included in daily cleaning i.e. behind dishwasher, top of cupboards, etc. - would make the next tenants happier and save a lot of their time.
