I have had vast experience with many property managers in Manly and the Northern Beaches over the past 2o years and hand on heart, the only one I can honestly recommend is Steph Grey, from Greycliffe Property. Steph is efficient, knowledgeable and will stop at nothing to find the right tenant for your property. I terminated my former property manager at the end of the tenant's lease (after an incredibly frustrating and unsatisfying 2.5 years with them) and Steph was on hand to provide expert advice and to ensure the transition was as seamless as possible, both for me as the property owner, but also for the outgoing tenants. She also had to get my new tenants in, in a very short period of time, so she attended my property after the cleaners to vacuum, scrub the mouldy balcony wall with bleach and replace blown light globes herself! I have had a gutful of young, inefficient property managers who lack initiative, basic communication skills, general responsiveness and a sense of urgency, as they are only 'punching the clock' until they can move into property sales. Steph is definitely NOT of this mould, bringing professionalism, efficiency, expertise and a real pride in her work and her business to the fore. I cannot recommend Steph from Greycliffe Property any more highly and if you are considering switching property managers and agencies, do it now. You will definitely not regret it!
