Great communication and a smooth purchase

A Great Agent!
We had a terrific experience with Nick with both buying and selling. We actually built our new home through the Dennis Family Homes but Nick was our Agent for this process. We were very happy with the build, and overall experience with his side of things. Unexpected circumstances meant that we needed to sell just after 3 months of receiving keys. An interstate relocation later and we were selling our brand new furnished family home remotely. Needless to say, Nick went out of his way to support us when we were unable to get back, even for the removalists. We could not recommend more than Nick looks after you next purchase or sale.
