Above and Beyond!!
One of Nic’s finest qualities are his communication skills. I receive feedback after every inspection and open house as well as a regular, weekly, written update. I have sold a number of houses over the years, but this was my first auction. Nic capably guided me through the whole process and made it much less stressful.

Highly recommend Nick
Having owned my home for 20 years I was not sure how to proceed. Contacting Nick was the best decision. Nick was able to explain options and processes so it was easy to make informed decisions and move forward with a plan to sell by auction. Weekly face to face meeting and regular phone calls to keep up to date with intrest within the market. In no time it was auction day and bids started rolling in and sold, just above the reserve.
