Stress-free, smooth and easy sale
Throughout the whole process, from making the decision to sell until the hammer went down at the auction, we couldn't have asked for a better person to assist us through the sale of our house. Nick provided very sound and honest advice all the way through, which was clearly based on his deep knowledge and experience in the region. Nick talked us through every step, giving us all options and explained the pros and cons for each, making the whole experience stress-free and easy. As for the end result, it exceeded our expectations!!

Nic - City quality service in a country town
Nic was fantastic from to end to end in the process of selling our family home. We went with Nic due to his track record, recent results in the area and we also bought off Nic initially. All our dealing with Nic with was always professional and he kept in frequent contact (almost daily) about the status of our house. Would highly recommend anyone that is selling in Griffith to go with Nic. It is obvious that Nic is really passionate about his job and the people he deals with, rather than the profit. Nic had high energy through the campaign to sell our house and he helped us out when we bought and sold in Griffith, both of which were done remotely. If you want the best price for your home and are willing to have decent expectation and want a virtually flawless experience then I suggest you sell with Nic.

Nick was very helpful and did good at explaining the process of buying my first house. In an industry that often gets some bad reviews from the public it's refreshing to find that Nick is one of the good guys. I would be happy to use Nick again if I was buying another property.

Throughout this obviously stressful situation, Luke was always professional and accessible! For me working such long and irregular hours having prompt replies in late night messages was very helpful!
