Service & result exceeded our expectations
Aside from achieving a better result than expected, what I was impressed about with Luke was his professionalism, dedication & commitment to outstanding customer service. With each open house of our property, he provided a written report as well as verbal feedback & every time we made a request, he accommodated & delivered upon that request. Luke was able to find all the right prospective buyers resulting in an auction price that my family was very happy with, but the lasting impression with us was the exemplary level of service provided by Luke, which was beyond what I had expected & made the selling process an overall comfortable experience. Being from Wollongong, we also able to take advantage of live streaming of the auction on the GRE Facebook site & the use of this technology added to the experience of keeping us involved in the sales process, right up until the final bid & sale of our property. We found that unique & a nice way of completing the selling experience, as it showed exactly how the auction transpired without leaving anything to the imagination.

Could not have asked for a better result
The experience with Nick throughout the whole process from top to bottom was excellent. When i first made contact with Nick about the sale of my property he was extremely prompt in making arrangements for it and the following week already had an offer submitted on the house which then led to the sale of it shortly after. An extremely quick process with great service that led to an even better result. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Another Excellent Experience
