Luke was exceptional from our initial inquiry and through all phases of the sales process. He responded promptly and in detail to our initial engagement inquiry. We were selling our property in Griffith and we were based in South Australia so all of the contact was done via phone and email. Luke took time to clearly explain all our options which were presented in a very well documented proposal with clear cost breakdowns. He always did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it and never failed to chase me up for things to keep the momentum.
