Nick was chosen after a recommendation from someone and I have to admit he would not have been my first choice as on first impressions I thought I'd prefer a more "old school" agent. Once we commenced marketing our property however I was immediately impressed by Nick's enthusiasm and positive outlook. He called me almost every day at around the same time (which I began to call "Nick o'clock") and was always accommodating to my requests. Selling a property from interstate requires a lot of faith and trust in your agent and Nick never let me down. When I conveyed my confidence was down and I wasn't sure we were on the right track he assured me and educated me, not just on the process but also the psychology of selling property. In the end we achieved a result which surprised everyone involved - even Nick - and we walked away happy. No, delighted. I would recommended Nick to anyone looking to sell their property in Griffith and surrounds.

Luke was very helpful as buyers who did our preveiw via the Internet and we had been visiting Leeton, saw the property from the street. Luke answered all our questions and would search for information if he was unable such as to the building via the council. He organised a building, pest and electrical inspection on our behalf. We found Luke always cheerful over the phone and when we met him for an inspection.
