Highly Commended!

Awesome Ability, Fantastic Sales Agent
My wife and I have bought and sold a number of properties over the years, both our private homes and investments. Through these experiences I am able to give this review. Luke is without exception, the most talented, dedicated professional we have come across. Through the process he has had our best interests at heart, giving fair unbiased advice. Luke's ability to sell a property and achieve an exceptional outcome is not what this reviews is about. Great Agent, superior client service
Luke was exceptional from our initial inquiry and through all phases of the sales process. He responded promptly and in detail to our initial engagement inquiry. We were selling our property in Griffith and we were based in South Australia so all of the contact was done via phone and email. Luke took time to clearly explain all our options which were presented in a very well documented proposal with clear cost breakdowns. He always did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it and never failed to chase me up for things to keep the momentum. I felt confident from my very first conversation that Luke would tell it to me as it was. I believe the Auction went as well as it did because of all of the background work and follow-up that Luke did during and after the open inspections. If you want someone who you can trust and who does his job really well and looks after his client's best interests - Luke is definitely the agent for the job!!!

Enthusiastic Agent
Nick was chosen after a recommendation from someone and I have to admit he would not have been my first choice as on first impressions I thought I'd prefer a more "old school" agent. Once we commenced marketing our property however I was immediately impressed by Nick's enthusiasm and positive outlook. He called me almost every day at around the same time (which I began to call "Nick o'clock") and was always accommodating to my requests. Selling a property from interstate requires a lot of faith and trust in your agent and Nick never let me down. When I conveyed my confidence was down and I wasn't sure we were on the right track he assured me and educated me, not just on the process but also the psychology of selling property. In the end we achieved a result which surprised everyone involved - even Nick - and we walked away happy. No, delighted. I would recommended Nick to anyone looking to sell their property in Griffith and surrounds.
