Nick helped me sell my house earlier this year. He was unfailingly professional, polite and communicated regularly, ensuring I never felt out of the loop. It was disappointing that my house did not sell at auction, and with the wisdom of hindsight I would not go the auction route again unless the property for sale was one appealing to a broader market of buyers. Following the house being passed in at auction, Nick worked hard in contacting interested parties and bringing prospective buyers through for inspections, with a successful result in the end. Time from listing to signing contracts was just under three months.
