I can just say you did what i ask you to do with selling of the property. Even though you where trying to tell to have an VIP day and expanding the sale. I was ruling with my heart and not my head and if I had to do it again I probably should of done it the way you had proposed with the VIP day and get the best result. But I am content with the outcome and I did ask alot of people prior to coming to you whom the best place to go selling the property and and Griffith real estates name kept coming up and Iam happy with the result.
