Highly recommend!
This is the second property I have purchased through Nicks help and I could not be happier with the service he provides! Nothing is ever a drama for him and he always goes beyond the call of duty to ensure all parties are happy with their decision. When the ideal property for me could not be found on the market Nick went out of his way to find potential sellers for me. He is very approachable and definately not your stereotypical real estate agent. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone wanting to buy or sell property!

Communication the key...
Nick drew upon his knowledge of the local market and backed this up by gathering up constant feedback from Open House inspections, to keep us informed and provide us with the information to help us make decisions regarding the sale of our home. Nick was very accommodating, taking calls and messages at any time of the day to ensure we were kept up to date with the latest information in the build up to the sale of our home, and to answer any questions that we may have had. We would have no hesitation in recommending Nick to anyone who was selecting an agent to sell their home.

Initial on site. visit discussion of ways to present and add value to property.Subsequent office meeting to discuss ways of marketing our property leading to choose auction.Set marketing plan in place including video,internet,newspaper advertising and openhouse presentations.
