I have used Growth Realty for well over 10 years for a property in Subiaco and then about 5 years for a property in Greenwood. During this time I have lived and worked in SE Asia and the US and have had total confidence in Growth Realty. Remote control with confidence. They are responsive and follow up on any issue in a timely manner. During the years they have sourced excellent tenants and both properties have been cared for. When I get back to Subi I always enjoy a coffee with Enzo!!!

We received an incredible service from this estate agent. We wandered in off the street the day after we arrived from the UK (I am Australian and have moved back for a promotion). We described to the lovely woman at the front desk what we were after. As soon as something suitable came on, they emailed me and set up a viewing the next day. We loved it (as it was exactly what we said we were after) and we put in the application. I could hardly believe it. From application, to approval, to securing us the property we really wanted, the process took about 12 hours. I would totally recommend working with them.
