After 19 years of renting our apartment to the same tenants, we decided it was time to sell. We couldn’t have asked for better tenants as they looked after it like it was their own home, but it was looking at bit tired and needed a lick of paint and other work to get it ready for the market. I never expected any agent that we select would arrange all the work for us. We met Grant at the apartment as the tenants were moving their final bits and basically together we agreed on a price and what needed to be done to get it sold and signed up with him there and then. He was all over it and for the next 6 weeks he coordinated with all the trades to get the required work done and took all the pain away from us. To be honest we couldn’t have picked anyone better than Grant, while he worked to co-ordinate and prep for sale, we were even able to take off on a holiday to Bali. I felt like I was working with a friend rather than a real estate agent, he would always keep me posted along the way. Once we got it on the Market, Grant had it open each weekend and would always call and provide feedback after each home open and within 3 weeks we had a buyer with an offer for us and it was sold. Great job Grant. I would highly recommend Grant and the Team @ Growth Realty to assist anyone with their property needs.

When I first spoke with Grant, I was impressed with how friendly and approachable he was – instantly I felt that he understood my reasons for selling and was able to help. Grant provided great knowledge on Subiaco area and advice on how to best present the property for the market. Grant made the whole selling process a breeze from advertising, listing, home opens through to execution of the sale. The property sold quickly and fairly in the current market.
