The consummate professional
I've had the pleasure of having Simon's assistance with prior sales and purchases. Simon is a honest and straightforward Agent. Even before I had committed to selling, Simon was available to assist with options and advice on maximising my property's potential. Simon, who has great knowledge of the Hills marketplace, was able to provide me with an achievable sale price once I decided to put my home on the market. During the whole process Simon communicated regularly and made a less stressful process. ***And my sale was the highest sale in the complex***

EXCELLENT From start to finish
With the influx of real estate agencies available, choosing an agent can be overwhelming. However with Grant Mcannally the choice was easy. Having been established in the industry for many years as an experienced agent he knows the steps that go into selling a property front to back. Great experience and fantastic result!
Selling with Luke - Guardian Castle Hill has been one of the best experiences we have had and we have brought and sold a few properties. Luke provides a high quality professional service
Luke has provided a very high quality professional service. He has provided good realistic advice, and referrals ( when needed). Luke follows through on everything he says, his communication is clear and accurate and does do what he says he will. We have had dealings with many sales people and Luke is one that you can trust. You'll do well to buy from Grant McEnally
Recently we found our dream property and were pleased to purchase from Grant McEnally of Guardian Realty, Castle Hill NSW. Throughout the process, Grant provided us with great support for our purchase, ensuring that we were well informed and ready for each step of the buying process. We appreciated the education given we don't do this often. I felt Grant had genuine interest (over and above $) in making the process simple for us.
