Shire Realty exceeded our expectations

When we wanted to sell our Arcadia property, we contacted several Real Estate Agents. Shire Realty was a standout from our first meeting with Aaron Godfrey. We felt confident that the entire process would be handled well by Shire. This turned out to be correct, and, our expectations were not only met, but exceeded. We were given a fair and honest valuation that turned out to be correct and we were delighted with the outcome. Aaron was very attentive to all of our needs and requests and was punctual for all appointments which was appreciated. He was able to identify the genuine buyers from the time-wasters. We had a sale after only 8 weeks that went without a hitch. There are several other properties near us listed with other agents that have been on the market for months. If you want the best in the business go no further than Shire Realty. Aaron and Shire Realty are a standout in our opinion and we could not be happier.

Very supported throughout this experience

Luke and Sam worked really hard to get the right buyer for our house. Luke would consistently update us from all the open home inspections. Both are very professional in their work informing us of all the latest sale trends in our suburb. They have never talked us into selling but always respected our decisions. We felt very supported throughout this experience.
