Hear one minute, gone the next... Luke was our best mate while trying to agree a price with the developer, however after contracts were signed we never heard from him again. Sent several emails asking question which never got a reply. Overall, I felt he was working more for the developer than he was for us.

When the owners in our building decided to sell collectively, we initially planned to get a 'normal residential' agent to represent us, we also spoke directly to a developer... we then decided to work with GV Property and they encouraged us to go to market and set up a great campaign which generated a lot of competition.
