Surf Point Broadbeach
Luke is a tenacious and dedicated individual, who worked tirelessly for us to receive the outcome that we all wanted in term of pricing for the sale of our block of apartments. Couldn't be happier
Not gonna lie, when the other unit owners in my building said they wanted to amalgamate our properties and sell to a developer, I was not on board, to say the least. When I first spoke with Luke, I quite energetically outlined my position. He was understanding, he listened, and he offered information without any sign of pressuring me. And when I finally came around, he couldn't have been more helpful throughout the process. Luke kept us informed every step of the way, and went to great lengths to ensure we all had an outcome we were happy with. He was professional, prompt, and fully transparent. All that, and just an outright pleasure to deal with! If anyone is considering selling their property - especially where an amalgamation is involved - I can't recommend Luke, and GV Group, highly enough.

Excellent Result
