Thanks Frank house sold in three weeks
Great job done by Frank Lawrence and Perry Real Estate, pricing was just about spot on and the house sold after 3 home opens. Chose Frank from other companies we spoke to as he was very professional and new the market.

Changed my personal view on Estate Agents and trying to do the selling process myself
I have had some pretty bad experiences in my time with estate agents but Frank has restored my faith that they can act in the best interests of the seller and not jus ta quick and easy sale. We got above market rates thanks to Frank's negotiation skills which I put down to 'old school' low fuss and no bulls*it approach that puts both the seller and buyer at ease. I have now bought a house and sold a house through Frank and wouldn't deal with anyone else.
